Come enjoy the "delicious mess" that is the Polish Boy, here all the way from Cleveland, OH. If you love sausage, fries, coleslaw, and sauce, you need to experience the Polish Boy. We have a few variations on our food trailer.
The Polish Boy is a sausage sandwich native to my hometown of Cleveland, OH. It consists of a Beef Kielbasa sausage laid in a bun, covered with a layer of homemade fries. Then we add a layer of BBQ sauce and top it off with a layer of coleslaw.
The Polish Girl is a Beef Kielbasa sausage laid in a bun, covered with a layer of homemade fries. We top it with a layer of BBQ sauce, a layer of coleslaw, and finally some pulled, smoked pork.
The Nawlins Boy is an Andouille sausage laid in a bun, covered with a layer of homemade fries. It has a layer of BBQ sauce, a layer of coleslaw, and it's all topped off with deep fried shrimp.
The Jerk Polish is a Kielbasa sausage laid in a bun, covered with a layer of homemade fries. It is infused with Caribbean Jerk BBQ sauce and a layer of coleslaw.
The Naked Polish is a Polish Boy without the coleslaw. It's a Beef Kielbasa sausage laid in a bun, covered with a layer of homemade fries, and a layer of BBQ sauce.
